Uniform Policy 2027-2028
GENERAL POLICY Bellator’s uniform policy is founded in a desire to cultivate a professional culture that is neat, orderly, and honors God in our attire. We recognize that humans are both physical and spiritual beings made in the image of God, and the way we dress is an expression of stewardship of our bodies and regard for others. Gentlemen Hair must be a natural color and neatly groomed. Watches are allowed; they cannot make noise, have smart technology, or be cumbersome to wear. If watches becomes a distraction the teacher has the discretion to request it be removed. Shorts must be knee length. Hats or hoodies may not be worn in the building. Dress shirts must be tucked in. Ladies Hair must be a natural color and neatly groomed. Earrings are allowed. No body piercing jewelry. Jumpers, skorts and shorts must be 3 inches above top of knee or longer. The only exception is At-the-Knee Pleated Skirt. Blouses must be tucked in. Primary Students: no makeup or artificial nails. Nail polish is allowed as long as the colors are classy and fitting to the uniform. Watches are allowed; they cannot make noise, have smart technology, or be cumbersome to wear. Dress Uniform Day: Wednesday Regular Uniform Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Casual Days: as announced Students may wear dress uniform any day of the week, but it is required on Wednedays.
