Bibingka Ingredients

Preparation

2 ½ cups Plain Rice Flour

1. Combine all ingredients (except for the toppings) in a mixing bowl.

2 tablespoons baking powder

2. Pour unto Bibingka moulds and top each mixture with toppings.

½ cup white sugar

3. Bake at a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Serves: 8

1 cup water 1 ¼ cups coconut milk 4 whole eggs

Optional: top more cheese after baking. Oven: 400F — Baking time: 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
