TUITION & FEE SCHEDULE 2026-2027
TUITION & FEE POLICY Tuition is due on the first of each month, from August 2026 through May 2027. If payment is not received by the end of the fifth day, a $45 late fee is charged on the sixth. Beginning on the seventh, an additional $5 per day is charged until the balance is paid. The same late fees apply to returned checks and payments with insufficient funds. Families may prepay part or all of their tuition at any time without penalty. Parents or guardians are responsible for all tuition and enrollment-related fees. Academy participation may be terminated at Beachcities’ discretion.

The person who signed the Tuition Agreement must give written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current trimester. With proper notice, full tuition remains due through the end of that trimester. If notice is given fewer than 30 days before the trimester ends, full tuition is due through the end of the next trimester. The signed BCLC Tuition Agreement controls the complete payment and financial-responsibility terms. For families who signed documentation after June 1, 2026 Since Beachcities Classical makes budgetary decisions based upon enrollment (purchasing supplies and materials, contracting with teachers and staff), the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year. When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below.
