EARLYWITHDRAWAL/ DELAYEDENTRY

TEFA funds: Kyrie Christian Academy is a vendor school for the Texas Education Freedom Accounts. Families awarded a TEFA may use these school choice monies to pay tuition and fees at KCA The application window for the 2026-2027 is now closed. Families that do not yet have a TEFA are encouraged to apply when the Comptroller of Texas opens up the application portal for the 2027-2028 school year For more information, visit their website at https://educationfreedom.texas.gov/.

Tuition Assistance: Kyrie Christian Academy also offers internally funded needbased tuition assistance. Funds are limited. Apply here. The Tuition Assistance Committee meets monthly during enrollment season to allot available funds to applicants.

WITHDRAWAL/DELAYEDENTRY

Since Kyrie Christian makes budgetary decisions based upon enrollment (purchasing supplies and materials, contracting with teachers and staff), the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year.

When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below
