WITHDRAWAL/DELAYED EARLY WITHDRAWAL / DELAYEDENTRY ENTRY Since Southlake Christian Academy makes budgetary decisions based upon enrollment (purchasing supplies and materials, contracting with teachers and staff), the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year. When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below.

FINANCIAL AID TEFA funds: Southlake Christian Academy is a vendor school for the Texas Education Freedom Accounts. Families awarded a TEFA may use these school choice monies to pay tuition and fees at SCA. The application window for the 2026-2027 is now closed. Families that do not yet have a TEFA are encouraged to apply when the Comptroller of Texas opens up the application portal for the 2027-2028 school year. Tuition Assistance: We do not want finances to the reason a child does not enroll at Southlake Christian Academy. SCA sets aside a portion of its budget for need-based financial aid in the form of Tuition Assistance. We use BeneFAQ, a third party provider, to verify and assess Tuition Assistance availability. All applications for financial aid must be submitted by May 1, 2026 to be considered for Tuition Assistance in the 2026-2027 Academic Year.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL / DELAYED ENTRY
BeneFAQ charges a $35 application fee for financial aid. Upon enrolling at Southlake Christian Academy you will be prompted to complete this application if requesting Tuition Assistance. Upon receiving a financial aid award, 10% of the new tuition amount will be due.
