Assessment Fee

$100 per new student

New Enrollment

$500 due upon new family enrollment

Security Fee

A non-refundable $250 Security Fee per student is due at the time of enrollment. This amount is not applied towards tuition and must be received prior to the start of open enrollment to secure a student’s placement.

A $100 late re-enrollment charge per student will be assessed after open enrollment begins – $100 after February 1, $200 after March 1, $300 after April 1, etc.

Change Fee

Changes made after August 1, 2026 will incur a $150 Change Fee. This fee applies to modifications of enrichment courses, the addition of a course, or the addition of an instructional day. Reductions in course enrollment are subject to the school’s withdrawal policy.

Payments Due June 5, 2026 $250 Discount Due June 5 and October 5, 2026 $100 Discount Paid in 12 equal payments Due on the 5th of each month beginning June 5, 2026 and ending May 5, 2027.

A $25 late charge will be added for any payments received after the 15th.

EARLY WITHDRAWAL / DELAYED ENTRY Since Logos Classical Academy makes budgetary decisions based upon a projection of enrollment, purchasing supplies and materials, and contracting with teachers and staff based upon enrollment agreements, the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year.

When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below.

When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below.

REFUNDS The Re-enrollment, Application, Enrollment, and New Family Registration charges are non-refundable.

Logos Classical Academy must make substantial financial commitments each year based on the number of students enrolled (teacher salaries, adequate facilities, supplies, etc.). For this reason, all tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable except in extreme circumstances. Financial commitments are binding for the entire semester begun by the student. This holds for students who withdraw anytime during the semester, whether the second week or next quarter.

The Head of School will consider cases on an individual basis if a student discontinues enrollment. Prepaid tuitions that are not refunded will be calculated and acknowledged as a charitable donation. Tuition includes the use of all books for students.

At LCA, we desire to partner with parents in the education of their students, and parent involvement is essential to that mission. Lack of parent involvement, such as failure to attend required events, consistent tardiness, missed days, etc., may result in loss of financial aid.
