SMALL BATCH BOURBON

Our name, bottle, and small batch approach were inspired by the turn of the century in America. A time of unprecedented progress and adventure when all bourbon was small batch. Cities grew, skyscrapers went up, railroad tracks went down, and new inventions changed the way people got together and celebrated. From East Coast tycoons to West Coast cowboys, the time was takentobreakoutourbestandraiseourglass.

“Bib & Tucker” were the words commonly used to describe your finest attire back in the 1880s. Bold and refined, Bib & Tucker is the perfect companion to grandadventure, asmallbatchbourbonworthyoflife’sfinestmoments.

AGED TO PERFECTION

We proudly put an age statement on the front of every bottle. Our youngest bourbon is aged to perfection for a minimum of 6 years in new American white oak. Warm Tennessee summers, humidity swings and cool winters put the barrels to the test. The barrels shrink and expand with the weather, creating more contact with the wood which develops exceptionally smooth yetcomplexbourbon.

TENNESSEE AND THE LINCOLN COUNTY PROCESS

Bib&TuckerfollowstheLincolnCounty process unique to Tennessee. The liquid is filtered through sugar maple charcoal before barrel aging. This process, combined with just the right amount of time in barrel, develops our signature boldyetrefinedbourbon.

THE MASH BILL

Bib & Tucker is made from a signature blend of corn, rye, and barley. Each barrel we lay down is sourced within 90 miles of our Tennessee distillery. Corn adds caramel and vanilla to the flavor while rye adds spice and boldness. Barley rounds out the flavor profile and creates a refined, smooth mouthfeel.

SMALL BATCH

Small batch distillation requires more time, attention and care, and results in more character. We blend Bib & Tucker from carefully chosen barrels with flavors that blend well together andcomplementeachother.

With an unparalleled smoothness from start to finish, one sip of Bib & Tucker starts with pecan pie sweetness and evolves into warm, rich, spicy flavors that end in a signature chestnut finish. Like the turn of the century that inspired it, boldness and refinement come together to create a bourbon that’s meant to be raisedincelebration.

EXCEPTIONALLY SMOOTH: SIGNATURE CHESTNUT FINISH

Bourbon making can be traced back to the late 18th century, standing as a uniquely American spirit known for quality and craftsmanship the world over. To be called a bourbon, Bib & Tucker is held to a much higher quality standard than simple Tennessee whiskey. It must be made in America and predominantly from corn. In addition, bourbon can never be aged in used barrels. New oak barrels age bourbon slowly over time so it garners a deep amber color and rich flavors as it matures. No artificial color or additives are ever added. These high standards make bourbon unique among all other styles of whiskey.

Prior to the late 1800s, the majority of retailers served whiskey from barrels because the technology didn’t yet exist to make machine blown glass. It was with the invention of the hinge mold that made it possible for distillers to create commercial glass to bottletheirownproduct.

Bib & Tucker’s bottle is inspired by those early bottles and takes the form of an enlarged amber flask, replete with a deeply embossedlogoreminiscentofearlydecorativeglass.
