UNIFORM POLICY 2026-2027

GENERAL POLICY Paideia Christian Academy’s Uniform Policy is driven by a desire to cultivate a professional culture that is neat, orderly and honors God in our attire. This policy is based on the following principles: Gentlemen Hair must be kept in a traditional boys haircut, above collar and neatly groomed No coloring or unnatural look of hair permitted. No distinctive lines or different lengths of hair No earrings, body piercing jewelry or visible tattoos Watches are allowed; they cannot make noise, have smart technology, or be cumbersome to wear. If watches becomes a distraction the teacher has the discretion to request it be removed Shirts must be tucked in Belt must be worn (8 and older) Ladies Hair must be natural colors, feminine and neatly groomed Hair accessories must be fitting to the style of the uniform, which is modest and conservative Primary students: no makeup or artificial nails Nail polish is allowed as long as the colors are classy and fitting to the uniform Earrings are allowed and must be classy and fitting to the uniform, no more than two per ear; no body piercing jewelry Watches can not make noise, have smart technology or be cumbersome to wear If hair accessories or jewelry become a distraction, the teacher has the discretion to request they be removed Bloomers, bike shorts, etc. must be worn under skirts or jumpers

GIRLS PRIMARY PREP - UPPER PRIMARY

Dark green polo, white button up blouse or white Oxford shirt (All can be short or long sleeve) Dark green short sleeve ruffle polo dress

Bottoms

Plaid jumper, khaki pull on kick pleat performance skort, khaki shorts or pants (shorts/skorts no shorter than 3" above the knee)

Footwear

White crew or knee high socks, white or black tights or leggings (under jumper), closed toed shoes that are neutral in color.

Optional

Green sweater/cardigan

*Green plaid must be purchased from French Toast. Other items can be purchased from different retailers as long as they match French Toast uniforms.

LADIES SECONDARY PREP AND UP

Green plaid or khaki skirt (no shorter than 3" above the knee) or khaki pants

White crew or knee high socks, white or black tights or leggings (under skirt), closed toed shoes that are neutral in color
