Refund Policy By entering into the Financial Agreement, the parent/guardian shall be responsible for the entire contractual amount whether or not the student attends classes, or if the student voluntarily withdraws or is expelled from school prior to the end of the academic year. Telos Academy requires a written notice of withdrawal 90 days prior to the student’s last day. Tuition will still be required to be paid during that 90 day time period. Any families wishing to break their tuition contract early will need approval by the Telos Academy Board of Directors. The school specifically reserves the right to hold transcripts and report cards until all tuition and fees are current. *Telos Academy awards financial aid for students without regard to race, color, national origin, or ethnic origin, ensuring equal access to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally available to our school community. We are committed to upholding applicable nondiscriminatory policies in the administration of educational policies, admissions, scholarships, loan programs, athletics, and other schooladministered activities. Telos Classical Christian School does not accept federal funds.

Withdrawal/ Delayed Entry Since Telos Academy makes budgetary decisions based upon enrollment (purchasing supplies and materials, contracting with teachers and staff), the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year. When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below.

Texas Education Freedom Accounts The TEFA program, established by the Texas Legislature in 2025 with $1 billion in initial funding, provides state-managed accounts for eligible families to cover educational expenses outside the public school system. This includes private school tuition, materials, tutoring, transportation, and therapies. The program has launched for the 2026-2027 school year and is administered by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Telos Academy anticipates enrolled and eligible families with TEFA awards to use TEFA funds toward Telos Academy tuition, fees, and other qualified expenses. For 2026-2027, eligible families may receive $10,474 per standard student, and those with an IEP on file, up to $30,000 per student. Family applications were open between February 4 - March 17, 2026. Families that do not yet have a TEFA are encouraged to apply when the Comptroller of Texas opens up the application portal for the 2027-2028 school year.
