EARLY WITHDRAWAL Areté Hall makes budgetary decisions, purchases supplies, and enters into contracts with teachers and staff based upon projected enrollment set by our enrollment agreements. As a result, Areté Hall retains a prorated portion of tuition if student(s) are withdrawn after an enrollment agreement is signed.

When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or Areté Hall, the parents' financial responsibility for tuition is shown below.

When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below.

ARETE FINANCIAL AID We do not want finances to be the reason for a child to not enroll at Areté Hall. In addition to faculty discounts and other programs, Areté Hall sets aside a portion of its budget for need-based financial aid in the form of Tuition Assistance. We use BeneFAQ, a third party provider, to verify and assess Tuition Assistance availability. All applications for financial aid must be submitted by May 1, 2026 to be considered for Tuition Assistance in the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

BeneFAQ charges a $35 application fee for financial aid. Upon enrolling at Areté Hall you will be prompted to complete this application if requesting Tuition Assistance. Upon receiving a financial aid award, 10% of the new tuition amount will be due.

TEFA ACCOUNTS The Texas Education Freedom Account (“TEFA”) program, established by the Texas Legislature in 2025 with $1 billion in initial funding, provides state-managed accounts for eligible families to cover educational expenses outside the public school system.

This includes private school tuition, materials, tutoring, transportation, and therapies.

The program launches for the 2026-2027 school year and is administered by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

For 2026-2027, eligible families may receive $10,474 per standard student, and those with an IEP on file, up to $30,000 per student.

Family applications are scheduled to be open between February 4 - March 17, 2026.

When applications open, families can apply at https://withodyssey.com As a system school of Kyrie Christian Academy, enrolled and eligible families with TEFA awards may apply such funds toward Areté Hall tuition, fees, and other qualified expenses. Once families notify Areté Hall of their award, student accounts will be placed on the TEFA schedule and payments credited when TEFA funds are disbursed. Prior payments on such student accounts will be reimbursed to the paying family when TEFA funds are disbursed. Tuition and fees owed that exceed TEFA funding are due July 1, 2026.
