Tuition and Fee Schedule 2026-2027

ENROLLMENT COMMITMENT You are fully enrolled with a secure seat in the classroom and committed to paying tuition when: Enrollment Form is submitted with a signed tuition agreement.

Pay a non-refundable curriculum fee of $500 per student. *Penalty for withdrawing prior to the start of school and after the enrollment commitment: Minimum fee of $890 per student (10% of tuition) No reimbursement of prior paid tuition. $500 curriculum fee remains non-refundable. * An emergency situation will be considered through the submission of an appeal, during the withdrawal process, and reviewed by a designated council for a decision.

A one-time, non-refundable fee per family required for new applicants upon submission of the enrollment application. This fee helps cover administrative processing and is due at the time of application.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE Options

Pay in full by May 1, 2026 ($200 discount)

Two Payments

Pay in two installments, May 1 and October 1, 2026, ($100 discount)

Monthly Payments

Pay in 12 monthly installments (June 2026 – May 2027).

Families may choose either the 1st or the 15th of each month as their payment date. Auto-pay is required to ensure timely processing.

Tuition is payable over 12 months, beginning June 2026 and ending May 2027 (date will be based on your chosen payment date of 1st or 15th), allowing families to prepay tuition before the school year starts.

New enrollees joining after May 1, 2026 will follow a condensed payment schedule to ensure full tuition is paid by April 2027, with adjusted monthly payments as necessary.

LATE PAYMENT FEES Monthly payments are due on the chosen payment date (either the 1st or the 15th of each month). Payments not received within 10 days of the due date will incur a $25 late fee.

FINANCIAL AID Families seeking financial assistance are encouraged to contact the school office. Applications are processed through BeneFAQ and require a full financial review.

Financial aid decisions for the 2026-2027 school year are based on demonstrated need, availability of funds, prioritized by existing families, and financial aid applications completed by dates provided during the enrollment period.
