areas for trucks, putting in ramp meters, and resurfacing. But the 2004 report was never submitted to the Federal Highway Administration for approval. Stegman is confident the new report will be. To address concerns about funding, she cited funding available from the American Recovery and Investment Act as an example. “We want to have projects ready for these opportunities, so we can take advantage of the funding,” she said. CDOT will make the Spetember 10 draft report available to the public for 60, during which time you will have the opportunity to voice your opinion on the plans it details. CDOT also has public hearings on the document planned for October.

In previous 10.10.10 events, Sutter finished 2nd in his division in the Ultimate Mountain Challenge at the Teva Mountain Games in Vail, and in the top 2 percent of more than 50,000 people in the Bolder BOULDER 2010 10K Race in Boulder. Sutter also recently completed the Ironman Lake Placid in 11:06:37 on July 25, the Xterra Mountain Championship triathlon in Avon, also in July, with a time of 2:46:07, and placed 8th out of 25 in his age bracket at the Firecracker 50 Mountain Bike Race in Breckenridge with a time of 4:33:58. Sutter will compete in four more of America’s most grueling athletic competitions, including the NYC Marathon and 24 Hours of Moab, to raise awareness and $100,000 in donations. Sutter’s
