A MESSAGE FROM THE ASSOCIATION PRESIDENT
Dobson Ranch Friends & Neighbors,
Things have been moving quickly at Dobson Ranch since our Annual Meeting in April! I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the Dobson Ranch Community as your new President of the Board of Directors. I was blessed to grow up in Dobson Ranch and have enjoyed raising my family here. I have always thought Dobson Ranch was the best place to live, work, and play!
As I move into my new role, I thank my predecessor, Board President Nicole Lynam. During my first year on the board, I was inspired by her passion for the community, hard work, generosity, and selflessness. I am deeply grateful for all Nicole has done and continues to do for the Dobson Ranch community.
At our Annual Election, we had three new board members join our team: Holly Prasetio, Sam Javelosa, and Brad Bettencourt. At a subsequent special meeting, a vacant seat formerly reserved by Kathleen Tolar, having two years remaining, needed to be filled, and the board accepted and added Andy Rehn for that open seat. As the board worked to assign officer positions and committee liaison appointments, we were very strategic in ensuring that we had a strong succession plan to protect the community from resignations or elections. Below are the assignments that were unanimously agreed upon by the board:
BOARD OF DIRECTOR OFFICE POSITIONS
President - Randy Harvey
Vice President - Sam Javelosa
Treasurer:
Stephanie Fee - Mentoring Bradley Bettencourt
Secretary:
Holly Prasetio - Mentored by Michael Snedeker

As a longtime resident and homeowner of Dobson Ranch, I’ve enjoyed our great facilities and wonderful events, but what makes Dobson Ranch great are the residents and their community spirit. I grew up seeing neighbors helping neighbors, greeting each other with kind words or a friendly wave while enjoying all that Dobson Ranch offers together as a community. My hope is that we all will work hard to foster that spirit and pass it on to the next generations in Dobson Ranch.
Finally, I will ask that you do your part to help our Dobson Ranch community! We have the following committees and clubs that really could use your help:
• Water & Lake Management Committee
• Recreation Committee
• Family Engagement Club & Mom’s Club
• Dobson Ranch Community Club
If you live on one of our lakes, enjoy boating, love fishing or even like walking the shorelines, you may be a great fit for the Water & Lake Committee. Do you enjoy our community events? If so, please consider volunteering and being a part of the Recreation Committee, Family Engagement Club & Mom’s Club, or the Dobson Ranch Community Club.
We hope to see you at an upcoming event or a meeting soon. Thanks for keeping Dobson Ranch the best place to live!
Randy
