Board of Directors’ Meeting Report - April 27, 2023 Summary of Board Action Items and Motions

2023-04-103 - A motion was unanimously carried to approve the B. Scott Daily, Financial Consultant Agreement NTE $8000.

2023-04-104 - A motion was unanimously carried to approve by acclamation to appoint the following Members as Officers of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2024: Nicole Lynam – President; Kathleen Tolar – Vice President; Michael Snedeker – Secretary; and Stephanie Fee – Treasurer.

NOTICE: The Dobson Dolphins started swim practice on May 30th using the Jr. Olympic pool at Los Altos which will be closed to residents until 1:00 pm Tuesday through Friday each week. Please visit the Saratoga and La Casita pools to swim before 1:00 pm Tuesday through Friday!

For homeowners looking to make exterior home improvements this summer, please refer to the Dobson Ranch Residential Architectural Guidelines, which can be found on the Dobson Ranch website. Please note, improvements not pre-approved by DRAC, could be subject to a violation and possible corrections at the homeowners expense.

The Dobson Ranch Compliance Department is in the field on a weekly basis inspecting properties that either meet or do not meet Dobson Ranch standards. Jonathan has sent out over 800 new and follow-up compliance violations over the past six weeks! Please know that if you have received a compliance notice, do not delay in making improvements to your property. We have received positive feedback from homeowners addressing their violations and from those who thank us for improving the community. Thank you to the homeowners who keep their properties looking fantastic!
