Summer is sneaking up quickly and it’s a great time to be working on those projects. It’s been great meeting you while I’m out driving around and please continue to stop me when you see me around to ask questions. A lot of residents have been asking about rule changes. The architectural guidelines were changed in June of 2022 so I would encourage you to look those over and a lot of your questions can be answered. You can log in to the HOA Life portal and receive the copy that was emailed to you.
Please do not feed any animals that are not yours. Many people have been feeding cats along Milagro. These cats are not strays and are people’s pets. Many have been hit and killed due to crossing the streets for food. This also causes damage to people’s yards, attracting other animals that produce waste. Please be considerate and help keep our neighborhood clean. We have also been more relaxed on trash bin violations and have been more focused on bigger issues. However, please continue to put out the bins the day or night before the trash is picked up. If bins are left out after being picked up, violations will be issued. This will help the streets stay clear and look presentable. Also, please make sure trash bins are not visible on your property from the street. They need to be put behind fences or walls that have been approved by the architectural board.
Thank you to those who have taken care of your violations very quickly! As always, if you have any questions about a violation or need to address something please feel free to contact me anytime at jlefler@dobsonranch.com!
