As Founder and CEO of Thirty-One, I have the privilege of hand-picking eight women to represent our amazing sales field in this Catalog. Each is a Consultant who lives out our mission and values while building a business on her own terms. They know that leadership isn’t a title, it’s an action, and that rewarding others is just as important as rewarding yourself.
