7. Integration with Latin America and the Caribbean MERCOSUR. With all these countries, the MERCOSUR has signed free trade agreements, with the exception of Guyana and Suriname, which are at different compliance stages of their tariff reduction schedules. The MERCOSUR has also entered into trade agreements with Mexico and Cuba, both members of the Latin American Integration Association.
