Lieutenant Governor upcoming candidates meeting A Lieutenant Governor directs and oversees the activities of Key Clubs that are in their division. A LtG holds a district position and serves as a resource for the members and officers. Sunday, November 23rd between 12:00 – 1:30 at the Hillsboro Public Library, Conference Room A
