Hello from your LTG!
Hey Ninjas! I can’t wait to start this new journey with all of you. Even though this isn’t exactly how we expected the 2019-2020 term to end and how the 2020-2021 term would start, I hope everyone is safe at home and staying healthy. I look forward to meeting all of you personally after this is over. For the time being, try to keep yourselves busy with different activities. Check in with friends or teachers to make sure they’re doing okay, or maybe even start some new hobbies. I don’t know what you guys have been up to, but I’ve started baking again whenever I get bored and it always brightens my day. If you get bored, feel free to reach out to me. I’m always happy to talk anytime! Stay safe ninjas!

SPOTLIGHT ON SERVICE
Written by Ziana D' souza
Before COVID-19 shut down all the schools, Whitney Key Club had regular meetings on Thursday's. Key clubbers talked about different community service opportunities, for example, the Renew Boutique. The new board also started learning about their upcoming roles for next year and were mixing with the new members, since we had club rush at the end of February. We played some icebreakers and bonded as a club too.
April DCM/Banquet Recap
The April DCM was the last DCM of our 2019-2020 term, thus making it our end of the year banquet. The last club reports of the term were given, tears were shed and awards were presented to recognize those clubs and individuals whose passion and determination inspire so many. Thank you to our 19-20 Lieutenant Governor, May Lin, for an incredible year full of service and adventures! And a huge thank you to all of the members whose work and dedication pushed our division to new heights. Ninjas, you truly are the stars to our division!
