Leadership is many things, but at its core it’s about creating a vision, enlisting partners, communicating it at every opportunity, and executing that vision with excellence. What risks should a leader take? Intelligent risks could be a means to reap rewards both personally and professionally. However, under no circumstances should these risks ever come at putting the organization’s ongoing business operations in jeopardy.
