In this end of year test your son/ daughter will be sitting a GCSE Chemistry Paper 1 mock. The topics included are highlighted above and includes topics taught in both Form 3 and Form 4.

In order to prepare for the end of year test, your son / daughter can make use of the textbooks that were issued to them at the beginning of the year as well as the following online resources:

1 Hour

15 Minutes (combined science)

1 Hour

45 Minutes (separate science)

• Kerboodle; this online resource requires a username and password that has already been issued to your son/daughter. If they have forgotten either of these they can see their teacher to reset it. On Kerboodle you can access topic checklists, animations and other revision materials.

• My GCSE Science; this is a bank of online video tutorials with practise GCSE questions. If your son/daughter has forgotten their username or password they can ask their teacher to reset it.
