Mobilgrease™ 33 Consolidate inventory, simplify maintenance and reduce costs
Hundreds of airframe components and mechanisms require routine lubrication to perform properly. Multi-purpose Mobilgrease™ 33 helps airline operators eliminate the need for multiple greases and increase the potential for extending equipment life. Mobilgrease 33 is made with a patented 100 percent polyalphaolefin base oil, lithium complex thickener and premium additives to: • M eet performance requirements from Boeing, Airbus, SAE and the US military • E nable aircraft operators to consolidate the number of greases used, helping to reduce inventory, misapplication errors and costs • P rovide outstanding protection against wear and rust, helping to extend the life of bearings and components and lengthen time between re-greasing intervals • P erform at operating temperatures as high as 250°F/121°C and as low as -100°F/-73°C • D eliver a higher level of protection in hot and wet environments than competitive airframe greases containing esters, which are compounds susceptible to a chemical reaction with water causing decomposition and leading to the likely production of potentially corrosive acids • Ensure easy conversion
Mobilgrease™ 33 protects up to 95 percent of Boeing commercial airframe grease application points and the majority of Airbus commercial airframe grease application points. Mobilgrease 33 may be used in aviation grease applications specifying: • MIL-PRF-23827, Type 1 • Boeing BMS 3-33B • Airbus AIMS09-06-002/SAE AMS3052 • NATO G-354
