EMILY REGIMBEAU ADDS TO MFG’S RURAL AFFAIRS TEAM

Solicitor Emily Regimbeau has joined the award-winning Agriculture and Rural Affairs team at mfg Solicitors. A specialist in rural property sales, easements and agricultural tenancies, Emily is reporting into partner and head of department, Iain Morrison. She said: “I’ve admired mfg’s reputation for many years and the agricultural team is seen as one of the best and most experienced in the UK. I am delighted to have joined Iain and the team at a time of huge change for farmers and the rural sector in general.”

This month, Hazelton Mountford on board Lydia Taylor as Senior Account Handler. Prior to joining the local Chartered Insurance Broker, Lydia has gained over 10 years’ experience in insurance, with a specialism in Schemes and Affinities, and completed a degree at Manchester University. Hazelton Mountford have recently consolidated their efforts in recruiting new talent to their team – including launching a new employee benefits scheme and a Chartered Insurance Apprenticeship – and are delighted to extend a warm welcome to Lydia. THURSFIELDS PROMOTES 12 LAWYERS TO RECOGNISE KEY STRENGTHS THEY BRING TO THE FIRM

Top Midlands law firm Thursfields Solicitors has promoted 12 lawyers in recognition of their skills, hard work and client focus in the past year. Key promotions are Stewart Coles, Louise Jones and Laura Williams, who have all become directors in the firm’s Commercial Property, Residential Property and Family departments respectively, and Harbinder Gosal, who is now an associate director in the Family department.
