Dentons supports Edinburgh-based cell therapies leader RoslinCT on private equity investment Dentons has advised RoslinCT, a leader in advanced cell therapies contract development and manufacturing, on Global Healthcare Opportunities (GHO) Capital Partners’ investment into the company. Edinburgh-based RoslinCT was established in 2006 with support from Scottish Enterprise. It was formed through an initial spin-out from the Roslin Institute, which has a famous track record in genetic and cellular biology. Since 2014, the company has had a manufacturing base within the University of Edinburgh’s Centre for Regenerative Medicine. RoslinCT has worked to advance the field of regenerative medicine and is currently at the forefront of high-quality cell therapy development and manufacturing. With the backing of GHO, a specialist investor in global healthcare, the company will significantly increase its development and manufacturing capacity, scaling the business up to build on its best-in-class therapies and better service a growing international client base.
