Welcome to our very first issue of Discover North Texas Magazine! In this issue you will learn about our magazine, how it came about and what our vision is for the future. You will meet The Davis Family, Owners of Davis Martial Arts & Fitness in Pilot Point, The Villegas Family, Owners of JR’s Countertops & Remodeling then we will get our sweet tooth fix by meeting two local women who have started their own business making sweet treats! Join us as we travel to Greenwood TX, a small town with big charm! With the Holiday Season upon us, I have asked local Pastor’s, Matt & Jamie Brown, Pastors of The Homestead in Aubrey, to share with us their meaning of Christmas. We will also learn how the Holidays can affect us mentally and how to be proactive to better prepare ourselves for it. Pull up a chair and a cup of coffee and lets dive in!
