The company was formed in May 2019 by March man Tom Westbrook who has more than 26 years’ experience in manufacturing, fitting and repairing windows and has received a very positive response from satisfied local customers. Tom (43) said: “The first year has gone even better than I had hoped. I’m proud to have had 836 ‘likes’ on my Facebook page with more than thirty five-star reviews. “I pride myself on providing an honest, professional and personal service and I would like to thank all my customers who have supported me. I’ve had lots of recommendations and have also gained plenty of repeat business which I am extremely grateful for.” The business has been so successful that Tom has had to take on another person on an ad hoc basis to help with larger jobs. The majority of his work comes from the March area and he has praised the leads he has obtained via Discovering March magazine. He said: “We have had a very good response from entries in the magazine. People like the magazine and consequently tend to keep hold of the copies which means they are read by a lot of people over a long period of time.” Tom is assisted in the business by his partner Suzanne, who said: "Tom provides an honest service, to local customers. He prides himself on his ability to repair most windows and doors, which is more cost effective for the customer. He is always happy to provide honest advice to look for a fixable solution to any problematic windows or doors. When new windows and doors are needed, he takes great pride in his work to ensure a satisfied customer every time.”
