Developer: Hi Client, I think we’ve finally got a solution for your Tractor Driving course design. You stripped out the sex, gender, size, weight, race, religion and clothing of the character, so how about we go with a stick person?

Client: Absolutely perfect! This is going to ensure that our users concentrate solely on learning about tractors, without the distraction of the person driving it.

Developer: Fantastic. I’ll get our content team to drop this character in the course then.

Client: They will still need a hard hat though.

Developer: Oh? You specified no clothing or accessories. And a hi-vis vest is a must.

Client: And a hi-vis vest is a must.

Developer: Right... no problem.

Client: And most of our tractor drivers have beards.

Developer: *sigh* Of course they do.
