LaurĂ©at dâun diplĂŽme des Ă©tudes approfondies (DEA) en Droit public de lâuniversitĂ© Paris Nord et dâun Doctorat en Droit public, obtenu Ă la FacultĂ© de Droit, de lâuniversitĂ© Paris I, Sorbonne PanthĂ©on France, Abdelali Ezzaoui Rahali a occupĂ© plusieurs postes notamment Conseiller des affaires Ă©trangĂšres Ă lâAmbassade du Maroc Ă AthĂšnes, Second de lâAmbassadeur de Sa MajestĂ© le Roi Ă lâAmbassade du Royaume Ă Lisbonne, chef de la Division des Ă©tudes et de la CoopĂ©ration, Ă la Direction de la coopĂ©ration et de la promotion Ă©conomique et Conseiller des affaires Ă©trangĂšres Ă la Direction de la coopĂ©ration culturelle et scientifique, au ministĂšre des Affaires Ă©trangĂšres et de la CoopĂ©ration.
M. Allal Achab, que SM le Roi Mohammed VI, a nommĂ© ambassadeur du Royaume en RĂ©publique du Niger, est nĂ© le 1er octobre 1966 Ă Skhirat-TĂ©mara. Titulaire dâune Licence en droit Ă Rabat, M. Achab a entamĂ© sa carriĂšre professionnelle en intĂ©grant la Direction des Affaires administratives, avant dâoccuper plusieurs postes notamment de vice consul au Consulat gĂ©nĂ©ral du Royaume Ă Rome, Conseiller Ă lâambassade du Royaume du Maroc en AlgĂ©rie et chargĂ© de communication Ă lâAmbassade du Royaume en Arabie Saoudite. M. Achab a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© ministre plĂ©nipotentiaire, conseiller et secrĂ©taire des Affaires Ă©trangĂšres. Depuis 2013, il occupe le poste de Chef de mission adjoint Ă lâambassade du Royaume du Maroc en AlgĂ©rie. Mr. Allal Achab, whom His Majesty the King Mohammed VI, appointed as ambassador of the Kingdom to Republic of Niger, was born on 1st October 1966 in Skhirat-TĂ©mara. Mr. El Achab, who obtained a Bachelors degree in Law from Rabat, began his professional career by joining the Directorate for Administrative Affairs, before serving in several positions, notably as Vice Consul at the Consulate General of the Kingdom in Rome, Counsellor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Algeria and as official in charge of communication at the Embassy of the Kingdom in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Achab has also been minister plenipotentiary, counsellor and Secretary for Foreign Affairs. Since 2013, he has served as the Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Algeria.
