«Mother of Giving» heikha Fariha Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah est la fille d’un précédent Emir de l’Etat du Koweït, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (qui a régné entre 1921 et 1950), et la sœur de Son Altesse l’actuel Emir Cheikh Sabah AlAhmad Al-Sabah, et de Son Altesse, le Cheikh Nawaf, Prince héritier de l’Etat du Koweït.

Récemment, le 21 Mars, le monde a célébré la «Fête des Mères». Tandis que chacun d'entre nous avait élaboré son propre plan sur la façon d'apporter de la joie à nos mamans - un cœur dessiné, un gâteau, des fleurs, ou d’autres cadeaux - Cheikha Fariha avait, quant à elle, élaboré une vision à plus grande échelle, en l'honneur de nombreuses mères, et pas seulement les mères koweïtiennes. Son sentiment maternel dépasse le monde arabe et son charisme pour les enfants n’est pas limité par les frontières. heikha Fariha Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah is the daughter of a previous Amir of the State of Kuweit, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (who ruled between 1921 and 1950), and the sister of His Highness the current Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and of HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf. Recently, on March 21, we all celebrated Mothers' Day, and while every one of us had made their own plans in how to bring joy to our mums' hearts with a cake, flowers or other gifts, Sheikha Fariha made largerscale plans, to honor many mothers, not just one, and not just Kuwaiti mothers but many Arab mothers since motherly feelings and self-sacrifice for their children are not limited by borders.
