The ABUS Level System The ABUS Level System serves as a guide to help you choosing the right lock for your purpose. The evaluation of each lock is based on three different factors: • 75% Security and resistance to attacks: features such as shackle diameter and materials, locking and cylinder technology • 20% Ease-of-use: features such as flexible universal carriers, automatic locking systems or user-friendly shapes • 5% Design: aspects underlining the special value of the ABUS products The ABUS Level System – the ultimate, user-friendly selling-aid.

ABUS Key Combo 1610, 1640 & 1650 The 2-in-1 lock The new Key Combo locks, the cable lock 1640, the chain lock 1610 as well as the coil cable lock 1650 are real innovations and points up the development potential of ABUS. The particularity of this lock lies in the configuration of the locking system, which opens and locks both by code and by key. Were the code to be altered or forgotten, the lock can be opened with the key anyhow. The clou: the originally set code can be reset thanks to a special provided tool. Consequently, the full functionality of the lock is recovered. This lock, which is also available keyed-alike, is perfectly suited for bicycle-loving families or for bike rentals because of its characteristics. The rental company doesnâ&#x20AC;&#x2DC;t need to worry about key chaos or lost codes anymore but can, thanks to a master key, open any lock without any problems. Different keyed-alike groups are available on stock for bike rentals purposes. Please contact us if required. Your ABUS contact is at your disposal at all times. ABUS Locking System - Locking option for Dryve Pannier bags. To provide additional security when the bag is unattended, some bags are equipped with steel cable loops. These loops can be combined with the regular bicycle lock or with an additional locking device.

Stable Bottom - Many of the new ABUS Bags are designed with a rubber bottom. This gives the bag a stable shape and offers a steady stand while sitting. The very resistant material provides extra longevity and longlasting enjoyment of the bags.

Ample and intelligent - a practical designed interior offers the best and safest stowing options. An example is the shown Lyria Belladonna with a keyhook, a bottle holder an a detachable purse.

Solid hold - the new ABUS bags are all equipped with high quality KLICKfix® brackets and very functional „jump off“ preventions.

Easy lock transport - many of the bigger bags, like the Urbanite Sherton, are equipped with a separate lock compartment. This is how lock transport becomes as easy as can be and on top of that, the compartments are positioned in a way that the centre of gravity stays as unaffected as possible.

Material - ABUS bags are high quality products that are on eye level with the reputation of the ABUS brand. The waterproof Dryve series is made out of 1000 Kodra, which is among the best material that can be bought on the market. The ultrasonic welding shows that also the production technology is absolutely state of the art.

Not afraid of rain - besides the waterproof bags of the Dryve line, most ABUS bags are equipped with rain covers. To keep the bag as useful as possible, the cover is adapted to the basic function of the bag, like in this example the Onyx ST 450, which has a transparent map window in the cover.

Innovative - The ST 7740 of the Urban Exclusive series is the ideal bag for the transport of office bags on a bike. It is permanently fixed to the bike with a high-quality KLICKfix® Holder and can be used as a normal pannier. When not in use, the bag can be „folded“ and therefore becoming a slim item.

Light - ABUS‘ first priority is the saftey of the rider, this is equally true for helmets and bags at ABUS. At dawn and night an LED light in the shape of an ABUS logo helps to be better seen. This additional back light can be easily attachted to almost all rack and pannier bags by a velcro patch.

Understatement - stylish and first class equipped. The precious and clear design joining high end materials make the Urban Exclusive the perfect companion in business. A laptop cover in the same unique design language is available as proper accessory.

Safety - same as the bags themselves, all the rain covers have reflective applications. The Urban Exclusive line outdoes this standard with especially huge reflective belts in yellow and silver. These applications guarantee a very high visibility in bad weather conditions and in the dark.
