Stir well
Add ice and 12 parts of water to 1 part of Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea.
20 ml Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea - Black Tea with Rose & Vanilla Flavours
240 ml Water
Hibiscus Flowers
2 Slices of Lemon
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Garnish with hibiscus flowers.

20 ml Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea - Green Tea with Jasmine Flavour
15 ml Lime
90 ml Aloe Water
Ice cubes
Pour all ingredients over ice cubes.
Stir well and garnish with kaffir leaves.

20 ml Rose Syrup
50 ml Passionfruit Juice
150 ml Still Water
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, shake well, and serve over ice cubes.
Garnish with blackberry and orange.

20 ml Popcorn Syrup
50 ml Peach Juice
150 ml Still Water
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, shake well, and serve over ice cubes.
Garnish with popcorn powder.

20 ml Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea - Black Tea with Rose & Vanilla Flavours
40 ml London Dry Gin
20 ml Dry Vermouth
20 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Egg White
3 Raspberries to muddle
Muddle raspberries in shaker.
Add the ingredients and shake well.
Strain and pour over ice.
Garnish with red berries.

40 ml Vodka
20 ml Raspberry Syrup
30 ml Lime Juice
150 ml Clear Apple Juice
2 dashes of Plum Bitters
Muddle raspberries in shaker.
Add the ingredients and shake well.
Strain and pour over ice.
Garnish with an apple fan and cocktail cherries.

20 ml Honey Syrup
40 ml Passionfruit Pureé
100 ml Guava Juice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, shake well, and serve over ice.
Garnish with mint and cocktail cherry.

10 ml Strawberry Syrup
30 ml Dragonfruit Pureé
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, shake well, and serve over ice.
Garnish with red berries.

20 ml Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea - Black Tea with Lemon & Lime Flavours
100 g Banana
100 ml Milk
5 ml Honey
150 g Greek Yoghurt
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour into a glass bottle and serve.

25 ml Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea - Black Tea with Lychee Flavour
120 ml Soda Water
2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Fill half the glass with ice cubes.
Add the Elixir and the soda to a glass and stir.
Add ice cream.
Top up with soda water.

200 g Yoghurt
100 ml Milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve.

80 ml Fresh Orange Juice
1 spoon of Peanut Butter
3 spoons of Greek Yoghurt
Blend all the ingredients and serve.

10 ml Lemongrass Syrup
10 Mint Leaves
Half of a Lime
Top up with Tonic
Crushed Ice
Stir the Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea - Black Tea with Mango
Flavour, lemongrass syrup, and the juice of half a lime.
Add mint leaves and top up with tonic water.
Serve over crushed ice for a refreshing beverage.

Add all the ingredients over crushed ice and stir.
