Quality Control Every stage of the production process, from the receiving point (incoming stage) to the final packaging, is subjected to stringent quality control and laboratory testing to ensure that the final product exceeds the customer’s most exacting specifications. All teas shipped from our facility meet high standards of hygiene and quality. The in-house state of the art laboratory, which is ISO/IEC 17025 certified, carries out testing for all shipments based on client/ country requirements. Furthermore the organisation is certified for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, ORGANIC TEA, Kosher and ISO 14001. We enlist the services of a fully-trained internal audit team which is responsible for ensuring all quality standards are met on a quarterly basis. The following Main Quality Assurance Programmes are also carried out in order to monitor and maintain each area such as: • • • • • • • • 18
