L ESSON 1

Creating Calendars

Select new calendar from the contextual menu.

With Outlook you automatically get one calendar. Other calendars may be created for special needs. For example, a special calendar to share events can be created. In this way you can have a private and a shareable calendar. To create additional calendars, right click on My Calendars.

A calendar name field will display. Enter the name for your new calendar.

Press enter on your keyboard to save the calendar name.

The calendar is now created and ready for events.
