Debbie Kleiber moved from Madison, Wisconsin with her family to La Grange Texas in 1981. She is a graduate of La Grange High School and attended Blinn College graduating with an Associate’s Degree in General Business. Debbie worked for LCRA for 10 years before joining the staff at Kleiber Tractor & Equipment where she has been office manager for the last 22 years. She is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and currently a board member of the La Grange Area Chamber of Commerce. Debbie is married to David Kleiber and they have 2 daughters and 1 son. She enjoys spending time with her family including her 2 granddaughters, camping, boating and traveling with her family and friends.

Phillip Adamcik was born and raised in La Grange, Texas. He graduated from La Grange High School in 2000 and played an active role in community service. Phillip played three years of college golf (McLennan Community College 2000-2002 and St. Mary’s 2003), where he was an Academic AllAmerican all 3 years. He then moved on to Texas A&M University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. Phillip currently is a member of the La Grange Rotary Club, Habitat for Humanity, and generously supports La Grange Main Street and the Ronald McDonald House. Phillip is the agent/ owner of State Farm Insurance, and very proud to be a third generation La Grange business owner. Phillip is married to Krystle Bailey of La Grange, and has a three year old son Boone Adamcik. He enjoys playing with Boone, cooking, fishing, golfing, and hunting.

Jessica James is second generation owner and CEO of three local businesses: Texas Rural Health Services, Centex Supply and Rentals and 710 Management. Texas Rural Health Services is a residential and vocational facility serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. Centex Supply and Rentals provides service crews and rental equipment for residential and commercial projects. They are currently celebrating our 25th year in business. Our newest entrepreneurial endeavor is related to tourism in the opening of Suite 244 Bed and Breakfast last year. She is a graduate of La Grange High School and received a BSBA in Business Management from Northern Arizona University. Prior to taking over the family businesses, Jessica had a 10-year career working for the United States Marine Corps. During that time, she held positions concentrated in management and training development assisting active duty and their families. She is actively involved in a range of community service and professional organizations. She is currently serving as a board member for Private Providers Association of Texas and Texas Women’s League. She is a member of the Noon Lions Club, La Grange Pilot Club, Second Baptist Church of La Grange and a First Impressions Team Leader. Jessica also is a Fayette County Leadership Graduate 2016.
