OnePointe Solutions Expands Operations

OnePointe Solutions, a leading laboratory and industrial furniture manufacturer, announced its business expansion in Elgin. OnePointe designs, engineers, manufactures, and installs its furniture across North America. They provide high-quality customizable solutions for use in laboratory, industrial, government, and educational settings, as well as more recently catering to the commercial sector.

In 2018, OnePointe Solutions relocated to Elgin from Austin. Currently they operate in a 63,000 square foot facility on six acres off Swenson Blvd in Elgin Business Park I. Since then they have seen more than a 115% increase in sales and a substantial increase in its workforce The additional 18,000 square feet of warehouse space is under construction and expected to be completed by June 2023. “We’re excited about this expansion and what it means for our customers,” stated TR Costello, Vice President of Design. Costello started at OnePointe Solutions in a position on the production floor and has since been with the company for over 10 years, where he specializes in forecasting manufacturing, improving efficiency, and new product development. Today, the company employes 109 team members. The expansion will create more pro-
