e have all been in awe of the work by Jess Bernstein, owner of La La Balloonza. What started as a hobby when she was decorating at home for her kids birthday parties, has become a true business hustle for Jess. Her elaborate balloon arches and decorations are the perfect photo backgrounds or a great way to make an entrance.
