and all it offers? A new enterprise, one of Caldwell’s new businesses, is named M4 Outdoors, LLC. It is just the place for you to get all the help and wisdom you might need for your hunting, land, ponds or lakes, and habitat management.

Owner Robbie McQueen has been in the outdoors business here since July 2022. However, he’s been in Outdoor consultation for four years, and was with another Outdoor focused company dating back to 2013, before he determined to begin his own company.

McQueen earned his Bachelors in Wildlife Management at Eastern Kentucky University and his Masters in Wildlife Behavior at Sam Houston University. Today he is servicing the entire state of Texas, helping with managing wildlife and their habitats. McQueen is located at 1300 S Highway 36, Caldwell, Texas. He calls his office hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but is “On Call” as needed. He’ll schedule ranch visits for you. Just give him a ring.

McQueen is ex-military, a Navy man, and his goal is to help you design and improve your habitat for increased hunting opportunities, as well as maintenance.

A look at his website M4outdoorsllc.com will give you insight into his core values and services. He states in “Who We Are” that they are a crew that helps you create the habitat that brings in the wildlife you want. He says they help change properties into wildlife resorts.

Core values stated include: Loyalty to customers above all, Exhibiting servitude, Being Humble, Setting a standard and holding to it as you work with them, Being disciplined, and Being selfless. Who would not want a workman with those values?

Their services broadly are three-fold: Wildlife and Habitat Consultation, MLD Programs, and Surveys. They will do monthly maintenance, set up blinds, fill feeders, manage your ponds and lakes, clear shooting lanes, and improve your property access.

One goal was primary when M 4 Outdoors was begun: to give back. Now, they do just that. They offer merchandize on their website and help support causes they believe in: military, law enforcement, education, and disabled outdoors men. God, Country, Family, Freedom, and Outdoors are the focus.

Robbie McQueen and wife Michelle Farrell McQueen, long time resident of Caldwell, have two children, daughter Daegan, 3 years old, and son Hudson, 1 year old. They’ve moved from Houston to Caldwell area to enjoy the “Outdoor way of life.”

Future plans include creating opportunities for others who enjoy the work of being a wildlife steward, and having a store front, especially for merchandise that will benefit the causes they want to support.

In the store, they want to offer classroom opportunities, teaching classes, group and individual, that will assist in food plots and the like.
