Tips For Leading Healthy Lifestyle “Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.” – B.K.S. Iyengar It's a total myth when people say you are only going to get fit by eating healthy and by working out. In real life, creating a healthy lifestyle, being capable of having mental peace, and maintaining it properly are the perfect ingredients for a healthy lifestyle. Life is unpredictable, go crazy with it but at the same time, you are the only one who needs to care for it. Do not ever take your body for granted or push yourself over the edge. Everyone knows how smoking is bad for health but still, people think they look so cool holding a cigarette, to be honest, it never looked cool and it will never look cool. For all my Smoking people get on track with the help of nicotine patches because there are people out there who love you. SMOKING IS UNHEALTHY, PERIOD.

4 Tips For A Healthy Lifestyle Good health does not just mean eating healthy and a suitable lifestyle, it includes having a positive attitude, creating a positive aura, and a positive self-image. Following are some tips :

1. Love Yourself You need to stop surviving in the aura where you are not appreciated enough. You don’t require negativity for yourself. Punishing yourself won’t get you anywhere. Start loving yourself because at the end of the day it’s your body, it’s your flaws which you need to bring out to the world. Be a better person than others.

2. Do Some Exercise/Meditation Movement is very important for your body. Researches have proved exercising daily not only helps you in staying fit but also increases lifespan, keeps you away from diseases and weight loss. For some people working out can be the happiest hours of their day if you are immensely into it. Do not just focus on cardio, consult a coach and maintain a workout routine where you can focus on each and every part of your body. Always keep trying new things and building up your strength. If working out doesn't suit you, go for walks or indulge yourself in your favorite sports. Trust me, it helps in distracting yourself from problems and forcefully make you concentrate on yourself and if done properly, the results can be jaw-dropping.

3. Eat Healthily Always try to consume a variety of fruits and vegetables. For maintaining a healthy our body needs all the nutrients like vitamins and minerals which are essential components to your health. Try following the algorithm of

eating the rainbow which makes your plate more appealing. Here are some ideas that might help: ●

● Yellow (Pineapples, Mangoes) ● Orange (Oranges, Papayas) ● Red (Apples, Strawberries, Tomatoes, Watermelons) ● Green (Guavas, Avocados, Cucumbers, Lettuce, Celery) ● Purple/Blue (Blackberries, Eggplants, Prunes)

4. Learn To Say No Sometimes humans tend to do wrong and unwanted things under pressure. This is mostly triggered by teenagers. The bullies or the friends peer pressurize in doing things they don’t want to like indulging themselves in drinking and smoking which seems to be very common in this age. The time needs to change nobody has the right to have control over you. Learn to say no to things you don’t want to do. Knowing that this must be easy to say but really difficult in reality but someday you will have the confidence to say no and stand for yourself.
