Location & Course Information TPC SOUTHWIND, MEMPHIS, TENN.
Opened in 1988, TPC Southwind was designed by Ron Prichard, with help from former major champions Hubert Green and Fuzzy Zoeller. Built on a former dairy farm outside Memphis, the course features undulating fairways and natural water hazards. Yardage: 7,277; par 70.
Notable Course Features
The two par 3s on the back nine both feature water. The green at the 162-yard 11th hole is set on an island, with three bunkers and some fringe area giving a slight margin for error. The 239-yard 14th, with water front and right, annually is one of the toughest holes.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has been the beneficiary of PGA TOUR events in Memphis since 1970, with total contributions exceeding $48 million. Founded by the late entertainer Danny Thomas, St. Jude treats children from all 50 states and around the world with no cost to families.

Joined by his proud father and coach, Mike Thomas, Justin Thomas holds his WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational trophy. Only two players since 1960 (Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods) reached 13 career PGA TOUR victories faster than Thomas.
