Drinks Hamper

Warm Earl Grey Sour Featuring Sir Robin of Locksley Gin If you’re looking for an alternative hot cocktail to a mulled wine this festive season, try this warming Earl Grey Sour. Ingredients • A pot of freshly steeped Earl Grey • 50ml Sir Robin of Locksley Gin • 50ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed • Caster sugar, to taste • Cinnamon stick and lemon wheel, to garnish Method 1. Make a pot of Earl Grey tea and let it steep until sufficiently brewed. 2. Combine the gin, lemon juice and tea in an Irish coffee glass and stir. Add caster sugar to taste, but don’t be shy—it’ll be sour. Continue stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon wheel.

Rob Frost White Negroni Featuring Sir Robin of Locksley Gin This cocktail is inspired by a favourite winter poem, Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening, by Robert Frost. Sipping our gin, in combination with Giuseppe Gallo’s Italicus, a delicious Bergamot Aperitivo, could whisk you off on a sleigh ride through winter woods if you close your eyes! Ingredients • 50ml Sir Robin of Locksley Gin • 20ml Italicus • 10ml Dolin Blanc • 5ml Génépi Traditional, If you like a more spicy Negroni • Ice • Pomegranate seeds and edible gold spray, to garnish Method 1. All ingredients are stirred over ice in a mixing glass, then strained into a rocks glass over fresh ice. 2. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and edible gold spray.
