Citizens Advice Bureau Two years ago when the Civic Hall closed for refurbishment the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) moved to their new home in the old Dales Building in the High Street, pictured right. The closest car park to the CAB is located across the Broadway near the Orchard Centre, pictured below, and most local buses service the bus stop at the Orchard Centre which is just across the road from the High Street.
