January 2023
Grey-Smith Legal entered two teams into our Annual Quiz contributing to the event which raised £5,122.
February 2023
Dale Smith surprised Kath Sainsbury with our Teesside Hero award for her efforts towards the community throughout the years.
July 2022
The SDDE Smith Group helped with Saltburn Folk Festival in a volunteering role.
July 2022 Dale Smith was a panellist at our first ESG event, titled ‘Leading a Purpose-Driven Organisation’.
April 2023
The SDDE Smith Group gifted the charity ten season tickets to each Middlesbrough FC home game with 120 people (adults and children) attending a home match up to the end of 2023.
August 2023 Grey-Smith Legal attended the charity’s Ladies Lunch at Kirkleatham Walled Garden in May contributing to the £4,400 that was raised.
The SDDE Smith Group Great North Run team raised £1,538 and over £12,000 was raised in total for The Teesside Charity.
May 2023 September 2023 In May The SDDE Smith Group were part of the Golden Giveaway panel, and come July, they attended the Golden Giveaway event, this time to present funding to five organisations.

Gary Wood presented Karen O’Rourke with our October Teesside Hero award for her dedication to Boosbeck Village Hall and the local community.
October 2023
The SDDE Smith SDDE Group, Grey-Smith Legal, Host and Stay and Styled Interior Design all donated to The Teesside Charity Christmas Toy appeal giving over 2500 children presents to open on Christmas morning.
December 2023 The SDDE Smith Group took two tables at The Teesside Charity Annual Ball 2023 contributing to the overall total of £70,000!
