What may Teleparty be used for?

What may Teleparty be used for? Through your separate accounts, Teleparty allows you to all view at the same time. There's also a chatroom bar on the left side of the screen.

You can write text to 'chat' with your pals here — comment on the movie/show, ask how they are, talk about the weather, send hugs, or say whatever you want. You can, of course, send GIFs, emoticons, and

screenshots. There are no possibilities for voice or video chat, but that would detract from the viewing experience. There is a limit to how many individuals can attend a Teleparty, but it is a huge 1000! Good luck with that, and please give us photos. You can Teleparty with anyone on the planet, but keep in mind that not every country has access to the same TV show or film. Those concerned about privacy will be relieved to learn that at the conclusion of each Teleparty, all communications are wiped from the Teleparty servers. Teleparty is suitable with which devices? Teleparty is only compatible with Mac and PC laptop and desktop computers. That means you can't utilise Teleparty on your

iPad, game console, or television right now. Teleparty is not available on Android or iOS at this time. When it comes to video quality, keep in mind that Teleparty streaming with Google Chrome will only be available in HD resolution. For 4K support, use Microsoft Edge. How do you use Teleparty? It's simple. Install the free Teleparty extension from the Google Chrome Store, the Teleparty extension from the Edge Web Store, or the Teleparty extension from Opera on your laptop or desktop computer. To make it easier to discover, you can pin the extension icon to your toolbar.

Then, on the same device, open your Opera/Chrome/Edge web browser and go to Netflix.com, Hulu.com, HBOMax.com, or Disneyplus.com and start a video — this can be a film, TV episode, documentary, or whatever. In your browser window, the Teleparty extension icon next to the address bar should have changed from grey to red. To start a Teleparty, click it and then follow the directions in the pop-up box. You have the option of having complete control over the video playback or allowing anyone in the party to do so. It's the equivalent of putting the remote on the table for anyone to use. You must now copy the url from another pop-up window and send it to your pals.

You'll be given an icon to use as a reflection of yourself, similar to an avatar. You can modify this, as well as your nickname, if you choose.

Those who are invited must also install the Teleparty extension. They'll be a part of the party after they click the URL they were supplied and then the Teleparty symbol. And there you have it. Have fun watching!
