H ello Blazers!

My name’s MJ, and I’m glad to be one of your Key Club Editors for the 2021-2022 term. The reason I signed up for key club is to try something new from my usual routine. Becoming editor was also a good opportunity to use and show of a lot of my skills while contributing something to the community.

What’s good! I’m Amber, and I’m excited to be serving as your other Key Club Editor for the 2021-2022 term. In all honesty, taking on an officer position was quite the impulse decision on my end, but having this opportunity has already opened me to new experiences and relations that I’m incredibly grateful for. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us in Key Club this year!

Hi! I’m Brandon Dadis, and I proudly serve as your Key Club President for the 2021-2022 term. I hope you all are doing great as we slowly transition back into the habit of in-person learning. I’m so excited for this upcoming year in Key Club. Our amazing board has so many ideas and plans for our club, so I hope you all will look forward to it. I hope you are all as excited as I am for this upcoming year! Continue to stay safe!

“Helping out Ms. Lemons was an eye opener to how much work our school technician does for us everyday. She helps out every single teacher to every technology problem they have to cleaning the chrome books all of us use. Helping out with our friends was also really fun since we all get along good together to get stuff done quickly and accurately. I always like offering to help out teachers and staff at our school because I want to let them all know they’re appreciated so by helping them it’s a small thanks.” - Kimberly Agraan

“It was fun getting to help out in the library! It was interesting getting to see what goes on behind the scenes prior to starting the school year, especially with preparing the textbooks. Even though it was difficult to move around the textbooks around the school, it was still a fun experience! The most memorable or funny part was our elevator incidents where we kept struggling with the elevator closing in on us. It was great getting to help decrease the workload for the staff!” - Rishelle Cruz

“Freshmen Orientation was really fun! We were able to showcase Key Club to all the incoming students and it was nice meeting them. We gave out candy and free T-shirts to everyone who stopped by. We had a lot of people who were interested and had a lot of people signed up. A lot of other teachers also complimented our club table!” - Brandon Dadis

“The First General Meeting was so lively! The most memorable part was splitting up into groups and playing the Poncho game as a quick icebreaker. It gave us a taste for what cheering in RTC would be like. Quickly thinking of cheers and laughing at the same time made it quite difficult to catch our breath, but it’s easy to say that everyone had a ton of fun!” - Amber Altamira
