3D DESIGN SLOPES AND PARKS
MANAGE SNOW GRADE SNOW SURFACE
GROUND The machine elevation is constantly compared to the ground surface. This allows us to view by comparing the existing snow to the dirt grade. Or we can switch to a 3D design surface to groom to the desired slope all while documenting the elevation to compare to the dirt from the office. 3D design elevation is easily adjusted to compensate for snowfall quantities.
HOW IT WORKS
SATELLITES Provides a free signal that is received by the Rovers, Equipment, and Base Station
BASE STATION Permanently mounted on the mountain to receive satellite signals, a radio then sends a correction signal to an unlimited amount of GMS Rovers and Groomers. This is required to provide us with a vertical and horizontal accuracy of 0.02’ to 0.05’. Covers a 5 mile radius (repeaters optional).

SOLUTION: GROOMER Each snow groomer is fitted with rugged hardware designed for construction applications. Day or night the operator simply turns it on and goes to work.

SOLUTION: GRADE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (GMS) The Grade Management System is a tool used to survey, layout, and design. It combines the Pocket 3D software on a FC-5000 ruggedized field computer and a GR-5 Rover mounted on a rod, quad or snow mobile.
