Do people really multitask? Gloria has run a therapeutic consulting clinic in Auckland since the year 2000. She studied psychotherapy at university for five years, and predominantly uses cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cBT) and Psychodynamic theory.

Her focus is on giving clients the necessary tools and techniques needed to master their lives. Common outcomes are: alleviation of stress, emergence of hope over anxiety and dealing with anger effectively. Part of her work includes working alongside Victim Support with victims of homicide, trauma and grief.
Gloria Masters has worked with Victim Support throughout NZ for over a decade. In that time she has consulted with us to develop our Managers through mentoring and customised workshops ranging from Turning Managers into Leaders to Effective Communication. She has also worked with the Management Team in areas of communication, mediation and performance management. She is someone we have called on for over ten years, and we have nothing but praise for the effective and practical solutions she provides. Simply put, what she does works!!
