Through upgrading and reconfiguring their current manufacturing facility, as well as adding a weld lab area, the project announced in 2022 will assist in training and retaining their workforce.
The $3.36 million expansion will retain 174 jobs. Additionally, over the next 10 years, the project is estimated to add more than $200 million in taxes for the City of Abilene, Taylor County, and Abilene Independent School District.
