Recreation Center Reopening Currently in Phase II In consideration of Governor Abbott’s guidelines and directives, as well as CDC and the CityCounty Health Department guidelines, we have developed a phased approach to reopening parks and facilities. The plan outlines the inaugural guidelines established by the Parks and Recreation Department. However, staff will continue to evaluate mandates throughout each phase. This plan is designed to balance recreational opportunities and community safety. It is important to note that this is a fluid document and may be revised. Join us on Facebook @ desotorec for updates. We encourage participants and partners to abide by established rules and requirements. Please direct questions or concerns to the Parks and Recreation Department via phone at 972-2309655 or e-mail: youthsports@desototexas.gov.
