The Ohio Club started in 1905 as a bar and casino. Al Capone, Bugsy Siegel, Bugs Moran, and Lucky Luciano were just a few of the gangsters who visited the club. It was also visited by many Major League Baseball players since spring training was in Hot Springs in the early 1900s. Babe Ruth was the most famous to visit.
