ABOUT DESIGN NATION takes its cue from the celebrated mid-century Danish and Scandinavian design tradition for fine craftsmanship and pure-lined appeal, adding a contemporary dimension and adapting it to modern life. DESIGN NATION works closely with carefully selected designers who are masters of their trade and craft. What they share is the vision to work with a clear set of values, contributing to the development of a contemporary design vernacular rooted in tradition. DESIGN NATION was founded by Christian and Jens Brorsen in 2012 and seeks to become an internationally recognised design brand with clear references to the Scandinavian design. The aim is to create a brand with easily recognisable products of high quality and to launch new products designed by contemporary designers.
